I try to visit my local museums at least once a month to stay current and to view that special featured exhibit. And, if time permits to sketch in their galleries. Currently, the ART INSTITUTE of Chicago offers supervised sketching in the various galleries the first Thursday of the month. Enabling this attendee to experience total emersion.

I have also found HISTORICAL LOCATIONS offer interesting venues. In addition, those museums associated with the area can be discoverable as well, justifying that Destination Vacation.
